Stayed at Bridges Residency during a work trip to Muzaffarabad. The experience was so pleasant, I look forward to coming back with my family.
With an ideal location near the bridge but enough distance from the hustle-and-bustle made it convenient yet offering a scenic view of the city and mountains.
The rooms are designed with both beauty and comfort in mind. Moreover, their staff looked after us with smiles and great service and took care of things in matter of minutes.
Room service with good food made a tiring day come to an enjoyable evening with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
I'm really thankful to the owner and staff for providing quality service at very reasonable rates.

We had a really great stay at bridge residence . The views are absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. Sitting there with tea and enjoying the mountains was the best part of the trip.
The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Everything we tried was very good, and the rooftop dining made it even better.
The location is very convenient. It’s easy to access nearby tourist spots and walking tracks, and getting around from the hotel is not a problem at all.

We spent one night here on 12th November 2025, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with reliable hot water and smooth Wi-Fi. Parking was secure, the elevator worked well, and the washroom and TV facilities were solid. I appreciated the clearly marked Qibla direction in the room, and the on-site mosque was a nice convenience.
A unique touch was the Urdu book collection placed across the corridors, featuring a range of writers and adding a warm, cultural feel to the hotel. The food was tasty and well-prepared too. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and this is easily one of the top places to stay in Muzaffarabad. Would happily come again.

My family and I recently stayed here for a night (12th November 2025), and our experience was exceptional. From the rooms to the service, location, and price, everything met a high standard. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with hot water available at all times. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly, the washrooms were clean and modern, the TV had a good selection of channels, elevator service was available, and the parking facility was convenient and secure. For guests offering prayers, the Kaaba direction was clearly marked in every room, and a mosque was also available on the premises, which was a thoughtful addition. Another standout feature was the impressive collection of books displayed in the corridors on every floor, featuring both local and international authors, all in Urdu, a commendable initiative for promoting reading culture. The hotel’s food service was excellent as well, offering great quality and taste. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotels in Muzaffarabad. I would love to visit again. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Bridge Residency Hotel on 21st September, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was in immaculate condition — clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The price was also quite reasonable for the quality offered.
The Hotel Manager, Mr. Asad, and all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I also ordered food from the hotel, which turned out to be delicious and hygienic. The meal was prepared exactly according to my dietary instructions, and I had no issues afterward — everything was perfect!
The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop area that offers an amazing city view, making it a great spot to dine and enjoy the skyline.

Very good experience while my stay with family. Hotel location has easy access to all nearby places of city. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.
